I am setting this up as I watch a recording of the eXtension professional development session on Blogs. As more and more of my friends and colleagues begin to use blogs to build community, I thought I should probably just jump right in, and learn from my mistakes!
I am chair of the national eXtension Community of Practice group, Financial Security for All. We have a wonderful group of leaders from across the country who are committed to acquiring, developing, etc. personal finance education resources for consumers. eXtension is an educational partnership of more than 70 land-grant universities. Its interactive Web site, www.extension.org, helps Americans improve their lives with access to timely, objective, research-based information and educational opportunities.
In my "real" job, I am a Family Economics Specialist for the NDSU Extension Service.
I am going to stop here, and see what I am doing!
